Looking for a link to the English translation of the recent S. Korean Energy Efficiency requirements for External Power supplies. Specifically: 1. the efficiency required for each level 1 to 5. Note that Korea has 1 as the highest efficiency, just the reverse of the international efficiency marking that US, EU, and Australia/NZ utilize. 2. the label design.
