Hello Group, My understanding is that, several years ago, UL upgraded UL 943 for ground fault circuit interrupters such that they were a bit less sensitive to trip. I believe that these changes would have been made when the new, 4th edition of the standard was released in 2006. Somebody, please correct if I'm wrong.
Can any of you provide a summary of the changes that were made to the standard at that time and any information concerning why these changes were deemed necessary would be appreciated.
