Some time ago, a lab I won't name did some CS-114 testing and used a modern*,
Solar two-line LISN. Unfortunately, they set it for the internal, 1 watt
termination... which when I got them to measure was around 39 Ohms.
* Somewhere I've one of the older, 2-line 2-prong AC-receptacle Solar LISN's.
NOT that one.

For those of us that make LISN's, we can easily make adjustments.....
You can
do the same for CDN's: these get trickier because often times cores are
involved whereas LISN's are typically air cored inductors.
In 30 years of designing/building and testing LISN's, I've never had a
LISN
fail cal unless it was damaged. With phase coming into play...
