Regarding the Argentine S-Mark for product safety, I have been told by two OEM
firms that beginning September 1, it will no longer be permitted for an
OEM’s partner to have their firm’s name added to the OEM’s S-Mark
certificate, After September 1, it will be required that each seller or
partner obtain their own S-Mark.

I assume this is correct and I am trying to find out the particulars this new
rule. Is there a regulation number, or notice? Where do I point my
colleagues in Argentina to research this rule?

Thanks,

Jim
