I have noted that many of the IEC61051-2 test certs for VDRs do not 1. use correct continuous rms ratings 2. correctly indicate conformity to pulse current tests for each part number. Many of the certs seem to indicate a 'blanket' coverage for a model series, but when you look at the test report, it is clear that some of the smaller units within a covered model series do not pass the require pulse current tests.
