I have been following the RoHS recast very closely. It seem inevitable that RoHS will become a CE marking directive. There seems great will among legislators to complete the recast this year and I guess an effectivity next year. Currently it looks like the scope will be full open (all EEE) with delayed effectivity for some equipment types. Even though it is not currently a CE directive it would be wise to anticipate the change.

As such, review the test reports, make sure that all tests are covered and all versions and accessories have been evaluated. You need to consider other directives as well such as the ROHS, ECODESIGN and others that may apply.
