I think that Mr Woodgate himself has previously posited an explanation for
this. Would the different impedances in different distribution systems and
different wiring systems be part of the cause and/or effect ?

And my grandfather said it was a Cod Pond; but he also ate 'one and one'; but
I suppose you eat it with 'chips'.
