HI Gert ANSI C63.4 2009 or 2003 or ANSI C63.10 2009 would be the proper test procedures. CFR47 Part 15.225 would be the FCC rule section. Testing of the fundamental and any spurs below 30 MHZ must be done using a loop antenna.
