One MUST read the FCC license that is referenced.  *IF* in that license
the wording excludes operation near anything, that is the limitation of
the license.

However, I once used a module where the FCC 'forgot' to add this limitation!

Unfortunately, there were two other modules WITH such a limitation so we
had to plan to go through the ?? process.

Note: if the modules are not operating at the same time, your problem is
greatly simplified and the approval process is much easier.
