Further to my earlier message re BSEN 60950 with chargeable updates being issued in Jan 2010 and then Apr 2010.
BSI Plus advise this is an error and have sent me a credit for one update (£141). If you have been double charged as I know at least one other person in the group has, then email [email protected] for a refund.
