Dear Members, Which FCC equipment authorization apply to AM/FM/XM receivers, Verification, Declaration of Conformity, or Certification? Section 15.101 lists FM broadcast receivers require Verification and all otehr receivers subject to Part 15 require Declaration of Conformity or Certification.
