The chant seems to have been and seems to be "Ah it's only an O-ring, what
possible problem can that cause."  Now we get 'Ah- it's only a computer or
it's only a wireless device, what possible problem can that cause."  Then it
all stops when tragedy occurs and reality happens.  Rules get worse,
requirements increase on and on.  

Limits and rules are there for a purpose, not just to make manufacturers and
integrators lives miserable.

But that is just my opinion.

What I was referring to was that no one person could be held 
responsible. But the affair did involve ignoring regulations and 
safeguards.
