Hello,

some parts are active (DIN 41494 instead of “41949”):

DIN 41494-3:1972-01 „ASA-Panel mounting racks; stacking of sets”

DIN 41494-8:1986-12 „Mechanical structures for electronic equipment;
mechanical structures of the 482,6 mm (19")series; components on front panels;
mounting conditions, dimensions”

DIN 41494 Beiblatt 1:1992-12 „Mechanical structures for electronic
equipments; mechanical structures of the 482,6 mm series; guide for the
application“

Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Hello,

A soon to be Merry Christmas to all.

I’m seeking some help to determine if DIN 41949 is an active standard. In
checking various online retailers, I have found no trace of the standard
leading me to conclude it has been withdrawn. Can anyone advise if it is
active and also ..if active ( or withdrawn)…..where one might acquire a
copy?

Thanks,

Kaz
