All,

Looking for the information how to describe, in my device instruction, the
power supply to be used with it I came to the EN 61204-7:2006 Annex PS-F
(informative).

What M3 (in PS-F.3) means ?
In EN 60950-1:2001 2.3.3 there is no methods 1 and 2 so I suppose (not sure)
M1 and M2 corresponds to a) and b) there.
That way M3 should correspond to c), but there is no c). So probably
connecting 1 and 2 wit a) and b) is my error. Where to find methods 1, 2 and 3
defined ?

I'm also not sure how to understand the example at the end of this Annex. They
used L3M1, but L3 is not defined.
I can suppose that "L3M1" is the shortcut for "L3SM1 or L3T1M1" but if so than
the description under a) should not say SELV but SELV or TNV-1. It is also
possible that during translation from EN 61204-7:2006 to PN-EN 61204-7:2009 (I
have) the 'S' in L3SM1 was lost.

I also use PN-EN 60950-1:2003(U) instead of EN 60950-1:2001. (U) means that it
is just the original (in English) with only first and last pages added in
Polish so I can't suppose 2.3.3 c) being lost during translation.

Best Regards
