Maybe not for this. It's very unwise to ask that sort of question. What 
is a highlight for you may be of no concern to someone else.

You can get some information, the Table of Contents, the Scope and the 
Normative References, from the IEC web site at http://www.iec.ch

Put the standard number 61800 into the Web store search, and that will 
give you a list of all the parts of IEC 61800. For each one, you can get 
more information by clicking on the 'page' icon to the left of the 
standard number.

But there is really no substitute for buying the standard. You can 
easily waste more $$$ trying not to buy than the standard actually 
costs. You could buy the Danish version of EN 61800-3 in English for 735 
Danish kroner. I leave you to work out that in whatever you regard as 
real money.
