We have a quote from Haefly for repairs and re-cal of a system consisting of a PSurge 8000 with PIM 100 and 110 modules and a CDN (I think it's a PCD 130). The repair is very reasonable - under $1000 - but for calibration they want nearly $4k. Also it sounds like the gear will have to get sent to Switzerland for this work, which has implications on the time out of service and possible shipping damage that I don't like.
Can anyone recommend from personal experience a company located in North America that can do this work on Haefly gear, and preferably at a better price? The equipment is located in the Bay area.
