Basically no (well, maybe no). Clause 6.3 of 55015 is clear about the supply voltage and frequency. However, there's nothing to stop you demonstarting compliance by other means which maybe the 120VAC/60Hz results combined with a solid written technical case and justification for not testing at EU supplies.
