Advice! It depends on exactly what the product is, but in principle EN 
55013 and EN 55020 are the EMC standards for consumer electronic 
products.

If you have a product which is very computer-like, then you might apply 
the ITE standards, but you would need to fully justify that, e.g. by 
showing that EN55013 doesn't specify requirements for some feature that 
your product has, but EN 55022 does.
