If a given standard changes and the changes do not affect an apparatus tested to the previous unchanged standard, can the DoC for the apparatus be updated to the changed standard without retesting?
For example, when EN 55022 added conducted emission tests for telecommunication cables, and the previously tested unit had no telecommunications cables can the new 55022 be upgraded on the DoC (assuming that all else remained the same)?
