Hi there, In the guide to EU R&TTE Directive, htt ://ec.europa.eu/enterprise/rtte/rtte_guide2009-04-20.pdf and subsequently in the Blue Guide, chapter 7.3 http://ec. uropa.eu/enterprise/newapproach/legislation/guide/document/chap07.pdf , there is a note #129 which states :".............and radio and telecommunications terminal equipment the minimum dimension of the CE marking may be waived for small devices."
In your opinion and maybe supported by some cases, what will constitute "small device". For example, USB adapter, 42x18x8mm, is that small? Can I make CE 3mm tall? Thanks, Mark ________________________________ Hotmail® has ever-growing storage! Don’t worry about storage limits.
