ADLNB stands for "Association of Designated Laboratories and Notified Bodies" and the complete title of the document for which I am looking for is" "GN/WG2/1 "Guidance Notes On Measurement Uncertainty" dated 19 March 1998" Please accept in advance my many thanks for your support!
