does anybody knows if similar regulations like the EC directive 2004/104/EC (Automotive EMC Directive) also exists in countries like Croatia, Russia, Ukraine, USA, Japan, Korea, China and Malaysia for a multimedia system (AM/FM-receiver, TV receiver, DVD, GPS, Bluetooth, GSM phone)?
