I am trying to find the source that specifies what the FM Broadcast Band
frequency range and channel separation is required to be, pretty much
for the entire world.

I have had only two responses, both were "I think" or "pretty sure". I
need to nail down the technical specifics to give to our product designers.

I found in the FCC Rules 47cfr73.201 which says from 88 MHz to 108 MHz
the channel separation will be 200 kHz. Strangely enough, the included
table says the first channel will be 88.1 and the last channel is 107.9.

This covers the USA. What about the rest of the world?

Thanks in advance for your answers.
