Subject: standard copyright

The standard 'EIA JIG-101A' was downloaded from a Japanese governmental
website.

Upon review of the document, the statement "This document is copyrighted by
EIA and may not be reproduced without permission." is found.

Can someone familiar with this doc in particular, or EIA docs in general, tell
me if possession of this is a copyright violation ?

thanks much,

Brian
