Hi We do something like this, and just state in the report that all emission over the limited have been verified to be background be switching off the EUT.

In the body of the test report I address our process. I also give the reader confidence that we know what were doing on an OATS by citing some of the techniques we use to discriminate signals from interference. The report only contains data on the EUT.
