That's full-circle, because it's what Ralph McDiarmid sent.

I realise that 'travel budget' in USA means an extra digit compared with 
the UK version (unless, perhaps, you are in Thurso or Strabane and want 
to be in London, or vice versa), but a poor webinar is just a confusing 
waste of time.
