agency sales - you need to update your power supplies to A12
me - why? not mandatory until 2013.
agency sales - it is very important that your customers have confidence in
your product.
me - I have every confidence that my component power supplies will meet
sound level limits when used to play MP3 files...
agency sales - oh, is that what it does?

To be honest, there are other changes I have seen the TRF, but no one can
tell me when the form will be released.

Subject: EN 60950-1:2006+A12:2011

I am preparing for upgrade of our certifications next year to EN
60950-1:2006+A1:2010, which supercedes previous standards on 1 Mar 2013. I
have identified the additional requirements that A1 adds to the previous
version EN 60950-1:2006+A11:2009. Now I see that there is a new A12:2011
which supercedes previous standards on 24 Jan 2013. A12 appears to be
incorporating corrigendums (or is that corrigendi?). Does this mean that
A12 doesn't add anything substantially new?
