Don You probably fall under PSE circle Mark depending on the exact nature of your product. Under PSE circle, there is no certification requirements. You will need to assemble a technical file to show compliance with the safety/emc requirements to Japanese standards harmonized with IEC standards. Let me know if you have additional questions
