Do any list members have experience with the Korean Radio Waves Act exemption process as detailed in Chapter 6 of the RRA's public notice 2011-15?
I am particularly interested in knowing whether one exemption application form can cover multiple different parts, or only multiple quantities of a single part, and whether the exemption is valid for one import event, or it is valid for all import events (until somehow revoked). Thanks in advance for any insights.
