EN50191 "The Erection and Operation of Electrical Test Installations" See this webpage (and probably others) - I haven't got the standard but Seaward Instruments (incorporating Clare Instruments) in the UK have an excellent guide "Setting up and operating Electrical Test Installations" to EN50191 - which you can get by registering on their site : http://www.seaward.co.uk/seaward-downloads, and then selecting "Guidance Booklets from the drop-down menu on the left hand side of the page. You will also find their booklet " A Common Sense Approach - Making sense of electrical safety testing in the workplace" in the same place. Happy zapping!
