In IEC60533 ("Electrical and electronic installation in ships - EMC") there is
a requirement for conducted emission on Power lines and I/O signal /control
lines.
In our case, potenial conducted noise on our signal lines have to pass through
a number of PCBs, DC/DC convertes and AC/DC supply, before the noise will enter
the ship AC network.
I have a problem to see why we should measure direct on the signal line,
shouldn't we test on the AC instead?
