Hi Christopher, On the surface of your request, I would have to say no. However, the ACMA's C-Tick requirements would certainly apply. Also, the external power supply you mentioned must be compliant with C-Tick and the SAA's RCM requirements along with being MEPS compliant for energy efficiency. Please note that this is a very brief answer to your question.
Also, please note that the ACMA is imposing new requirements effective 1-Jul-2012 that were discussed at length very recently on this forum. IHTH.
