Shall a R&TTE Certificate from a Notified Body, always include a due date?
The reason for the question is that a LVD amendment will be mandatory in the nearest future and the manufacturer has not included the amendment in the DoC. The RTTE notified body will therefore have a limitation on the certificate with due date equal to the amendment "Date of cessation of presumption of conformity of superseded standard", in order to ensure that the manufacturer don't use the certificate after the day the amendment becomes mandatory.
