Wrote some simple stuff in C and Python and then sent. The Emperor was happy, but in a nearby star system, a customer of this customer sends legal-type letter requesting that code examples and usage be re-submitted in accordance with ISO18019. According to ISO site, this standard "provides guidelines for the design and preparation of user documentation for application software. It describes how to establish what information users need, how to determine the way in which that information should be presented to the users, and how then to prepare the information and make it available." Anyone have experience with this standard? Do we need to hire a professional writer?
