Just because it’s not listed as an ‘A’, ‘’B’, or ‘C’ standard does not mean it does not confer a presumption of conformity.
The Directive does not actually recognise the ABC hierarchy of standards - this is a feature of EN ISO 12100 and has no legislative basis. Regards Nick.
