Most confusing if you don’t know of Art 26 – in which case an Authority could reject it as out of date!! Thus I would strongly recommend that only 2011/65/EU be stated. References to the repealed acts shall be construed as references to this Directive and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex VIII.” No argument there!
