Experts, EN 60825-1:2007 is currently listed to the LVD as providing presumption of conformity.
I was expecting to find, but do not see, an Annex in EN 60825-1:2007 stating which LVD essential requirements it addresses. EN 60825-1:2014 is published but is not yet listed to the LVD. It also does not have such an Annex. Is this a CENELEC oversight, or have the ground rules about such an Annex changed, (or other)? Is it instead the case that if an EN is listed to a directive it provides presumption of conformity for all the directive's essential requirements unless a more restricted coverage is detailed in an Annex to the standard?
