Dear all, Please check below link. I must say I do not agree with last paragraph on page 7, since they do not consider internally generated high voltages. Even the input is SELV, internally there might he high voltages generated and therefore by having only functional insulation in-out, fault conditions are required in order to verify that output remains SELV.
