Thanks for your clarification.  One question about the amendment from IEC.

EN 60950-1 2006
EN 60950-1 2006 A11 2009
EN 60950-1 2006 A1 2010
EN 60950-1 2006 A12 2011
EN 60950-1 2006 A2 2013

According to OJ, all A11, A1, A12 & A2 are the amendments to EN 60950-1.  
Normally, CENELEC issuing amendments based on IEC is a routine process.  How 
can IEC amendments become CENELEC standard directly?
