One possible way to properly test the Line-GND surge is to use a Schuko
(or other symmetrical) AC cable/plug to couple the EUT to the Surge
CDN, turn the AC cable Schuko plug 180deg after the first L-GND surge
sequence, and repeat the same test.
In this way both AC lines of the EUT are tested the same way
(symmetrically) for Line to Ground AC surge.
I believe this is correct.
