Any recommendations on where to buy and where to get a good deal on Common Mode Absorbing Devices (CMAD) according to CISPR 16-1-4 and 2-3? They seem like a simple device and shouldn't cost all that much but I'm sure some will want top dollar for them.
Is there any DIY instructions on the internet on how to make them and verify them yourself using common off the shelf components? I assume CMADs will become more popular if their use becomes mandatory in the future in some CISPR standards according to Jan Sroka's recent article on "CISPR News: New Requirements".
