| All, I am attempting to build a spreadsheet application to help with estimating corona (partial discharge of electricity), early in the product design stage. I have a good understanding of the nonlinear responses resulting from electrode geometry, electrode spacing, applied voltage, air pressure and to some extent air temperature. The information I have available for air temperature ranges from -40C to +60C. My best sources of information comes from papers in aerospace and power distribution. My problem is that I cannot find reliable sources of information for air temperatures greater than +60C, preferably as high as +150C. My guess is that a simple extrapolation of my existing data will be completely wrong since some factors are exponential in nature. I am hopeful, that someone on this forum can point me to a resource to help. Thanks so much!
