On the other hand, IEEE Spectrum, which can be downloaded complete, varies between 6 MB and 16 MB, and that 16 MB is 60 pages.

Anyway, thanks to your private email, I now can download individual PDFs, using Chrome, but Firefox has problems; the PDF.js utility won't run and goes into an endless loop because the Save box it requires is open and grabs the focus!
