PSTC community,

Question regarding FCC and IC regulations related to intentional radiator
(Wi-Fi) and RFID readers for ISM (industrial, scientific & measurement)
equipment:
What sections of FCC & IC regulations apply?
Is there an exemption for ISM equipment using Wi-Fi radio cards or RFID readers?

We have product engineers looking at adding Wi-Fi and RFID readers to some of
our products. I am working on putting together the necessary regulations and
actions as part of the product development process. Any guidance is appreciated.

Thank you for your support.
