Hi David There is no 2013 version of EN50130-4.
The last full version was in 2011, followed by a 2014 amendment (A1) Although A1 was voted positively over a year ago, the European commission has still not yet managed to actually post the document in the OJEU! Technically speaking for the moment, this means that only the 2011 version gives presumption of conformity. A1 was in large part to add clarity to some requirements (not change them) and to replace a copy and paste error that appeared in the English version of the document.
