EN 60601-1-2-24 (1998) specifies a 400 A/m test level (there's a newer published version, 2012). This standard is applicable to infusion pumps and controllers. The test method specified is that of the basic standard EN 60601-1-2, which references IEC 61000-4-8, which defines continuous tests up to 100 A/m and short duration tests up to 1000 A/m (or special test levels where applicable). Don't know who makes the equipment for a 400 A/m test level, but I'm sure the suppliers who make the 3, 10, 30 A/m test equipment can build one for you if they don't have it. On the other hand if this is an infrequent test, you may want to investigate building the test setup yourself (although it may take lots of wire and lots of loops and lots of time). Here's an old Agilent Application Note that may help:

Is there any commercial available instrument (loop) for the purpose? Thank you very much for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.
