Fellow List Persons, I have been telling our suppliers that we need to have 3rd party test reports to show compliance with energy efficiency requirements (ErP). One is pushing back now saying they only do internal testing. I have been searching for where it is written that test reports must be from 3rd party labs, but cannot seem to find it today. I am sure I read it once and kept a copy, but don't recall where I read it or where I filed it. So, was I dreaming or is it really written? And would someone please send the reference, or at least tell me what entity makes that requirement?
Thank you in advance for your always helpful replies.
