I just discovered, through Google search, all the listed KN standards, in Korean, can be downloaded free from an official website: *rra.go.kr <http://rra.go.kr>.* The lower right corner of the cover page of each KN standard lists its corresponding CISPR/IEC standards.
It is a little tough for SI standards as I am unable to recognize the language https://portal.sii.org.il/eng/standardization/teken/?tid=7fa38329-bd91-4bfd-8d80-7aba4d0828bb . I will search for the CNS standards.
