I don’t believe there is a document that identifies the major differences. Your national committee may have a marked-up document that shows the changes between 2nd and 3rd editions. You will have to decide which of the changes are “major.” 3) Is Sub-clause 4.1.1 on uses of IEC 60950/60065 Components still allowed in IEC 62368-1 3ed ? Yes.
