Subject: [PSES] Unknown Regulatory Markings

Good morning folks,

I have a computer keyboard with some regulatory marks I've not come across
before.

Link to image:
http://www.unit3compliance.co.uk/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/corsair-certification.jpg

The one with the number 10 looks like a recycling symbol of some kind. As for
the circle bisected by an arrow I have no idea.

Any help gratefully appreciated.
All the best
James
